Certified Star 3 Spinning Instructor
Barre Above Certified
GSTC TRX Instructor
I fell in love with Spinning® after I gave birth to my second son. I decided to sign up for a Marathon and thought that Spinning would improve my running performance. Indeed it did and I loved it so much I became a Certified Spinning Instructor in Miami.
TRX is also a strong passion of mine. The desire to improve my core and overall strength guided me to this amazing suspension unit. I HAD to become certified. Spinning and TRX have added so much to my life outside of the gym.

Barre Fitness Instructor
Indoor Cycling Instructor
Beth is a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor who has been teaching group fitness for the last 3.5 years. She started her career in movement as a ballet dancer at the Burlington Dance Academy where she trained for 15 years. Pilates was a requirement as a dancer to ensure muscular strength and endurance as well as injury prevention during training, and her segue to instructing the practice as well as two different types of Barre Fitness came naturally. She is passionate about hard work and positive vibes, two things you'll definitely experience in Pure Cycle's challenging and fun Pilates program!

Team Pure Mission Statement
To train in a mindful, positive and energetic environment. Where community, dedication and focus are key to personal growth. Pure Cycle Spin Studio and it's members thrive on commitment and positive attitudes in a judgement free zone.
Our mission is to empower you. Whether you're a new or experienced indoor rider, an instructor or a facility operator. We live to provide the best indoor cycling experience on the planet.
We want to help Instructors, facilities and riders do and be more than they thought they could. From attracting members to join Spinning® classes, to inspiring riders to reach their goals in the club or riding a Spinner® bike at home (when the couch is much more inviting) or even becoming a Certified Spinning Instructor. So many of our instructors started off as riders in a Spinning class! The journey starts with Spinning.
Yoga is a simple process of reversing the ordinary outward flow of energy and consciousness so that the mind becomes a dynamic center of direct perception no longer dependent upon the fallible senses but capable of actually experiencing Truth. The word yoga itself means "union": of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit; of the individual with their community; of the movement of body with breath. Though many people think of yoga only as physical exercises — the asanas or postures that have gained widespread popularity in recent decades — these are actually only the most superficial aspect of this profound science of unfolding the infinite potentials of the human mind and soul.
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRXSuspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
In today's fitness market, Barre workouts are one of the hottest trends, delivering incredible body-changing results with a low impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. Barre Above workouts can be taught with or without a barre, and even with chairs (or Spin bikes), making classes conducive to all. Light weight, small movement with high repetition lengthen and tone muscles.
The Stott Pilates method has exercises designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. The Stott Pilates method places more emphasis on scapular stabilization than other methods. The method focuses on the following five basic principles of breathing, pelvic placement, rib case placement, scapular movement, and head and cervical spine placement.
Indoor and/or Outdoor classes challenge you in a variety of fun ways. Not your typical militant class. Don't be afraid! There isn't any yelling and screaming. Just fun ways and different ways to challenge those muscles.
Some running, some jumping, some Burpies (of course). TRX, medicine balls, yoga mats, intervals on the Spin bikes at times and your own muscles used to complete these classes.
An avid spinner in Toronto where I live, I took a Spin XP class while visiting family in Windsor. It was an awesome workout and Tamara kicked my butt (in the best way). Tried the Pilates class today with Beth and it was great too. Very personalized with a ton of emphasis on form. I'll be back for sure!

***** I have been WAITING for a dedicated spin studio to open up in Windsor and Pure Cycle is absolutely beautiful! So welcoming, the staff is GREAT and the classes are intense! If you like to sweat and feel fabulous, this place is for you! Keep it up Pure Cycle team! #Dedicated
*****Went to my first spin class yesterday since 2008, and since having 3 children! I was terrified, and just praying I didn't puke or pass out! Brooke was the instructor and she readily answered all my questions (no matter how silly) with enthusiasm and encouragement! Her class was AMAZING!!!! It was just what I needed and I can't wait to return! Best workout I've done in years!

***** I love the spin classes at Pure Cycle studio.. the instructors keep you motivated, the studio is clean and aesthetically pleasing and everyone is so friendly!

Transition to Betterness
Transition to Betterness (T2B) is a locally born, grassroots charitable organization, founded on the commitment that all funds raised stay within our local community. Established in 1997 by co-founders Doris Lapico and Tania Sorge, T2B exists to provide relief to patients and families dealing with a life altering disease. T2B establishes and funds multiple programs that operate mainly within our local hospitals and health care facilities in Windsor/Essex County. The programs created and supported by T2B, and with more than 200 volunteers, help provide the much needed bridge between the hospital and home.
Windsor Goodfellows Club
The Windsor Goodfellows Club has been a cherished part of this community for over 100 years. Supported entirely through donations and receiving no government grants, the Windsor Goodfellows provides thousands of area families with assistance and support throughout the year, including a food bank, school breakfast programs, children’s footwear program, and much more.
We are best known for our annual holiday charity drive in which hundreds of volunteers stationed throughout the city sell the Goodfellows Special Edition Newspaper, helping to provide Christmas meals and gifts to thousands of children who might otherwise go without. Staffed almost entirely by volunteers, our organization spends over 80% of cash donations directly on the needy, with the remainder going to overhead expenses. Led by our Board of Directors, we are dedicated to a clear mission: to help those that cannot help themselves.
Pajama Angels are an incorporated not-for profit grass roots provincial charity dedicated to creating awareness, action and advocacy for all cancers and chronic diseases through integrative health initiatives. We take action by providing “Wing Power Fund” financial assistance to applicants affected by cancer and chronic diseases to those seeking alternative and complimentary therapies and supporting local research of natural and non-toxic alternatives to cancer and diseases.
